Mailing

Open source technologies have come a long way, specially in case of messaging solutions. Functionality and reliability that can be extracted form a well configured system can be easily telco-grade.

Taashee has gained the right expertise to build reliable and feature-rich email servers using 100% open source technologies. Coupled with proven clustering technologies from Red hat, we can offer an uptime guarantee of 99.999%.

You can opt for additional features like groupware, IM  and VoIP integration to make a Single sign-on based collaboration platform. A complete Exchange alternative, minus the bloat and maintenance worries.

One of our recommended mailing solution (dbmail) stores and retrieves mails directly in database (MySQL). This makes your mailing system, ultra scalable, very quick and above all, archival is automatic. The whole email is stored in the database. That includes attachments. Since it does not touch the file system to retrieve or insert emails, security goes up by several notches. User information is also stored in the database, so users do not need an account on the machines. Any standard MTA (Postfix, SendMail, QMail, Exim) is used for accepting or sending messages.

We have a variety of solutions to offer ranging from Postfix + Cyrus + OpenLDAP solution that is rock solid and very scalable to a feature-rich Zimbra collaboration system.

We recommend Red Hat components like Red Hat Cluster Suite for providing redundancy, Red Hat Directory Server for easy LDAP administration and RHEL platforms for stability and security.  One of our simple architectures is shown below for reference.
